The parcel is moving between sorting centres and branches.
The parcel has left the origin branch and is being passed between sorting hubs on its way to the branch nearest the destination.
It may be scanned several times at different hubs, so the message can change back and forth — “departed sorting centre”, then “forwarded from branch” — which is normal.
There can also be hours with no scans at all while the parcel is on a long-haul truck.

Parcel is moving between depots, it's still within the delivery timeframe
Within Thailand parcels are usually in this status for about 1–3 days, depending on distance, courier and busy periods such as holidays and big sale campaigns.
For domestic parcels, more than 5 days with no new scans is worth a call to the courier with your tracking number. If it's still being scanned at hubs, it's still moving normally.
It was probably sorted onto the wrong route and sent back to be re-sorted. That can add a day or two, but it usually continues on its own without you doing anything.
Not yet. Delivery day is when the status changes to “Out for delivery”.
The ETrackings API reports this stage as ON_SHIPPING
