Is the ETrackings app free?

Yes, downloading the app and tracking parcels is free. A Premium plan removes ads and lets you choose notifications per status.

Which couriers does the app support?

It supports 34 couriers, including Thailand Post, Flash Express, J&T Express, KEX Express, Shopee Express and Best Express, plus international couriers such as DHL and UPS.

Is it available on both iOS and Android?

Yes. Download it from the App Store or Google Play.

When does the app notify me?

The app sends a notification when your parcel's status changes, for example out for delivery, delivered or delivery failed, and you can choose which statuses to hear about.

Can I track a parcel if I don't know the courier?

Yes. Choose “Auto detection” and enter the tracking number; the app finds the courier for you.
